In the YGEIA hospital, for the first time in Greece, a patient’s kidney tumor was removed by maintaining the healthy parenchyma using the Firefly technology incorporated in DaVinci Xi’s latest generation Robotic System. The surgery was conducted to a 61 year old patient with a right kidney tumour of 4.5 cm.
